NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA , ROxas Blvd., Manila (DWDD) – Shortly after the Donning of Ranks Ceremony with President Rodrigo Roa Duterte at Malacañang Palace, Flag Officer In Command and now Vice Admiral Robert A Empedrad arrived at the Navy Headquarters, Naval Station Jose Andrada in Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

Vice Adm. Empedrad was accorded an arrival ceremony by battalion-sized Sailors and Marines led by Navy Vice Commander, Rear Adm. Gaudencio C Collado Jr. NPAO / MCAG
