From DWDD AFP Civil Relations Service Radio Website (May 3): LITERACY | Higaonons train in use of computers
CAMP BANCASI, Butuan City (DWDD) – Members of the Higaonon Tribe participated in a computer literacy program of the 58th Infantry Battalion in Misamis Oriental.
According to 1Lt Janelle A Diaz, Civil-Military Operations officer of the 58IB, forty-six Higanaonons finished 31-days of computer training under the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
The training was aimed at providing computer literacy for Indigenous People in rural and far-flung areas of Balingasa. 58IB / AES
