From ABS-CBN (Apr 11): LOOK: PNP releases photo of Abu Rami

 

The Philippine National Police (PNP) Police Regional Office 7 on Tuesday released a photo of Abu Sayyaf leader Muamar Askali, alias Abu Rami, who was tagged as the leader of the group which clashed with government forces in Barangay Napo in Inabanga, Bohol Tuesday.

As of 2:00 p.m., a policeman and three soldiers have been killed while 5 bodies of armed men have been recovered in Inabanga town, the Armed Forces of the Philippines told ABS-CBN News.

The firefight, which began at 5 a.m., was still ongoing in some areas of in the sitio, AFP spokesperson Brig. Gen. Restituto Padilla said in an interview with ANC's News Now.
